Post-alcoholism + narcotic based anxiety has a habit of rearing it’s head at around 4am. Coupled with Citalopram a despondent frown is likely. Bouts of aggression will follow sporadically. The frown will develop into a scowl. Like when Gareth Gates done that cover of Suspicious Minds.
